7075-T6 FlatBar Aluminum Pack Stays. 1/2” wide, 1/8” thick. All lengths refer to metal before bent. For example, a 22” stay will measure about 21.75” when bent. The Cliffrose comes stock with two tubular aluminum stays which are lighter and stiffer than flat bar. They can carry up to 50lbs without flexing. However, you can’t customize them to fit the curve of your back. For this reason, we’re offering flat bar stays as an alternative for folks who want a little malleability in their stays.

All stays are bent in a typical S shape for packs without loadlifters. If you need a different bend select Custom and note your specs and type of pack in the pop up that appears when you add the stays to your cart.
